In the third quarter of 2025, the travel and local app landscape on Android in Ukraine showed diverse trends across the top five applications. Here's a closer look at how these apps performed, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Ukrainian Railways experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 33.9K in early July and decreasing to about 14K by the end of September. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at around 747K in early August before dropping to approximately 593K by the quarter's end.

Uklon - More Than a Taxi maintained a relatively stable download rate, averaging around 23K weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Active users showed a slight decline, beginning at 1.52M and ending at about 1.52M, with minor fluctuations.

OnTaxi: order a taxi online displayed a significant increase in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter, with numbers rising from 7.2K to 14.3K. Active users also showed growth, increasing from 115K to approximately 144K.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel saw a consistent decline in weekly downloads from 10.3K to about 4.3K by the end of September. Active users decreased over the quarter, starting at 244K and dropping to around 168K.

FlixBus: Book Bus Tickets experienced a drop in weekly downloads, beginning at 9.8K in early July and declining to 5.6K by late September. Active users also saw a downward trend, decreasing from 67K to approximately 53K.
